4.2 Only books that are published and live on Amazon are eligible for our review programs. Pre-orders are not accepted.

7. Partnership content: AI writing assistant
7.1. Introduction
Welcome to "AI writing assistant", an application operated by ANDREI ILINSKII PR. "AI writing assistant" leverages Chat GPT 4.0 to generate stories. Users can create customized stories with text command in the text field. By using "AI writing assistant", you agree to these Terms of Use.
7.2. Description of the App
"AI writing assistant" is an AI-powered app that generates stories. Users can create:
a) Randomized Stories - The AI generates a random story.
b) Customized Stories - Users provide parameters with text command in the text field, including: - Key idea (select a theme from a list) - Story genre - Realism level - Setting (fictional world or real location) - Theme (plot of the story) - Characters (name and character description) The AI then generates a story based on these parameters.
7.3. Registration and Accounts
Registration on a side of Gemsy is required to use "AI writing assistant". Users can register by providing an email.
7.4. Usage Restrictions
By subscribing, users can create an unlimited number of stories. However, when creating stories (writing plots, defining character traits), users must not include content that could harm a child's mental or psychological health (e.g., death, murder, drug use and trafficking, theft, fraud, prostitution, etc.). The system will reject such inputs and will not generate a story.
7.5. User-Generated Content
Users can create content interactively with the AI through initial story settings and gamification. However, users cannot upload any content.
The ownership of all user-generated content belongs to ANDREI ILINSKII PR.
7.6. Payments and Subscriptions
To generate messages (responses) from AI, the user must purchase tokens. Payment is made using Stripe.
